Love At First Sight . . .

Have you ever looked at a home online and thought this was the one! We have all done it. Not sure what I liked more, the house or the thought that I found my perfect place. With high resolution photos and videos allowing us to view the home from comfort of our smart device it has made the process easy, yet more challenging at the same time. What I have learned over the years is that photos and videos do not tell the whole story. Most buyers arrive at the house thinking it would be different. Form and function are hard to determine from photos, as well as overall quality of finishings and general maintenance of the property. I can not stress how important it is that buyers view as many homes as they can before purchasing. The more homes you see allows you to establish fair market value for the homes in your price range. Knowing this is powerful and will allow you to act quickly when the right one comes along. Think of the MLS like a dating app. The photos, description and details may seem great, but in person its may not the house you thought it was.
