What Realtors need from sellers before they can list the home on MLS....

      Please Have the following Items handy when we come to list your home.

 1.     A key to enter the home including any outside buildings or sheds. 🔑

2.     Alarm code and location of panel. 🔔

3.     Preferred showing times and instruction for entry. Who to contact for showings? ☎️

4.     Pets in the home?

5.     Survey/zoning of property. 🧾

6.     Manitoba Hydro; gas and electrical bills (budget amounts ideal) 🔥

7.     Any rental agreements; (tenants, hot water tank, Alarm, windows etc.) 💲

8.     Builder Plans. (If applicable) 👷

9.     List of improvements done to the home and year completed. 🔨

10. Any warranties or manuals for the chattels included in the sale. 🕮

11. Most current tax bill. 🧾

12.   List of what you would like to include and exclude from the sale.

Also, if you could provide a brief note of WHY you bought this house  and WHAT you ❤️ most about living here.

This will be helpful in attracting the right buyers. 👫
